Description

Set of twenty-one architectural drawings of house for F. Dennette Adams in Brookline, Massachusetts (commission #537) including four elevations, three plans, four framing plans, and ten details. No drawings are signed or dated. Also present are two blueprints from window and refrigerator contractors.

Drawings depict an asymmetric rectangular Modern house with terrace, a flat roof, and a stucco on metal lath exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, dining room with fireplace, kitchen, pantry, two maid's rooms, covered porch, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. A play room is on the basement level.
