Set of twenty-four architectural drawings of house for Mr. and Mrs. Allan Hilton in Waterville, Maine (commission #1301) including four elevations, three plans, two framing plans, one rendering, and fourteen details. Most drawings are signed and dated by Royal Barry Wills, Ken Duprey, Leon Keach, Robert E. Minot, or Warren J. Rhoter.
Drawings depict a two-story Georgian Revival-style house with a one-story saltbox wing, an asphalt shingle hip roof, and a brick and flush board exterior. House has living room with fireplace, study with fireplace, living/diningroom, kitchen, lavatory, three bedrooms, dressing room, one bathroom, and an attached two-car garage.
