Drawings depict a two-story Georgian Revival-style house with balustrade, slate roof, and clapboard exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, library, dining room, kitchen, breakfast room, pantry, lavatory, covered porch, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Two maid's rooms and a bathroom are in the attic.
