Set of eighteen architectural drawings of house for builder Maurice A. Dunlavy (commission #345) including eight elevations, five plans, one plot plan, and four framing plans. No drawings are dated; several are signed "R B Wills." Location is not known.
Drawings depict a two-story Colonial Revival-style house with an asphalt shingle roof and a brick exterior. House has vestibule, living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, pantry, lavatory, covered porch, four bedrooms, and one bathroom. A one-car garage is on the basement level.
