Set of twenty-one architectural drawings of house for George W. Dean in Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts (commission #341) including six elevations, six plans, two framing plans, and seven details. Two drawings are dated; several are signed "R B Wills" or "Royal Barry Wills."
Drawings depict a two-story Georgian Revival-style house with a slate roof and a clapboard exterior. House has vestibule, living room with fireplace, study with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, pantry, lavatory, conservatory, two maid's rooms and one maid's bathroom, four bedrooms, dressing room, and two bathrooms.
