Set of nine architectural drawings of house for a client named Sheridan in Wellesley, Massachusetts (commission #634) including one elevation, seven plans, and one rendering. Several drawings are signed by Amelia Brooks (Valtz); two are dated. Maurice A. Dunlavy was the builder.
Drawings depict a two-story Colonial Revival-style house. House has a living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, covered porch, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage.
