Tree map is dated and signed by H. L. Robinson (engineer) of Worcester, Massachusetts. Rendering is signed "Royal Barry Wills." No other drawings are dated or signed.

Drawings depict a two-story Cape Cod-style house with a slate roof and a stone and board exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, lavatory, covered porch, maid's room and bathroom, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
