Set of eighteen architectural drawings of house for Albert H. Stonestreet in Milton, Massachusetts (commission #860) including four elevations, three plans, and eleven details. Most drawings are dated and signed by Merton S. Barrows, Amelia Brooks Valtz, Clark, or Warren J. Rhoter.
Drawings depict a two-story Garrison Colonial Revival-style house with a wood shingle saltbox roof and a clapboard exterior. House has living room with fireplace, study with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, lavatory, covered passage, four bedrooms (one with fireplace), dressing room, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. A recreation room with fireplace and darkroom are on the basement level.
