Drawings depict a one-story Cape Cod-style house with an asbestos shingle roof and a whitewashed brick and shingle exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, kitchen with fireplace, eating nook, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. A playroom with fireplace is on the basement level.
