Set of three architectural drawings of house for Pasquale Cetrone in Newton, Massachusetts (commission #803) including one elevation and two plans. Most drawings are dated and signed by Royal Barry Wills.
Drawings depict a one-story cottage with a cedar shingle hip roof. Cottage has living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, covered porch, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and an attached one-car garage. An alternate floorplan is provided.
