Set of thirty-seven architectural drawings of house for James E. Breslin in Watertown, Massachusetts (commission #175) including five elevations, five plans, plot plan, three framing plans, and twenty-three details. Drawings are in pencil on trace. No drawings are dated or signed.

Drawings depict a two-story five-bay Georgian Revival-style house with slate roof and brick exterior.
