Most drawings are signed and dated by Royal Barry Wills, Ken Duprey, or Warren J. Rhoter.
Drawings depict a two-story Gambrel Cape Cod-style house with two front dormers, an asphalt shingle roof, and a shingle and flush board exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, deck, covered porch, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms.
