Set of nine architectural drawings of house for developer Haynes & Hernandez in West Newton, Massachusetts (commission #319) including four elevations, three plans, and two framing plans. No drawings are dated or signed.
Drawings depict a two-story Georgian Revival-style house with a slate hip roof and a clapboard and painted brick exterior. House has living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, pantry, lavatory, covered porch, maid's room and bathroom, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and attached two-car garage. A recreation room is on the basement level.
