Set of five architectural drawings of house for Dr. and Mrs. Baldwin Sayer in Middletown, Rhode Island (commission #1638-A) including three elevations and two plans. All drawings are dated. Design is an alternative to that shown in commission #1638.
Drawings depict a one-story Gambrel Cape Cod-style house with a shingle roof and a shingle and flush board exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, study/dining room with fireplace, kitchen, covered porch, three bedrooms, one bathroom, and an attached two-car garage.
