Set of eight architectural drawings of house for Mr. and Mrs. Brandon Garvey in Chicopee Falls, Massachusetts (commission #1477) including three elevations, three plans, and and two details. All drawings are dated.
Drawings depict a two-story Cape Cod-style house with a one-story saltbox wing, an asphalt shingle roof, and a clapboard, shingle, and flush board exterior. House has living room with fireplace, den, kitchen, eating area, lavatory, covered porch, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and an attached one-car garage. A recreation room is on the basement level.
