Description

Set of twenty-seven architectural drawings for Mr. and Mrs. William J. McGreal in Peterborough, N.H. (commission #1799) including five elevations, eight plans, six details, one preliminary sketch, one cross section, and one rendering. Most drawings are signed and dated by John Howard and David Guild Dethlefs.

Two-story Cape Cod, gambrel with salt box, one car garage. House has cedar shingle roof with shingle and flushboard exterior.

First story has living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, lavatory, and covered porch.

Second floor has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a studio.
