Drawings depict a two-story Georgian Revival-style house with slate roof and brick exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, pantry, lavatory, covered porch, four bedrooms, dressing room, and two bathrooms. A two-car garage is on the basement level.
