Set of fourteen architectural drawings of house for Mr. and Mrs. Chester Williams in Cohasset, Massachusetts (commission #1380) including four elevations, two plans, two cross sections, and six details. Some drawings are signed and dated by Richard Wills.
Drawings depict a one-story Cape Cod-style house with a wood shingle roof and a stone and shingle exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. A studio and two-car garage are on the basement level.
