Description

Set of eight architectural drawings of house for builder Maurice A. Dunlavy in Wellesley, Massachusetts (commission #659) including five elevations and three plans. Most drawings are dated and signed by Royal Barry Wills, Merton S. Barrows or Nathaniel Perry Tufts.

Drawings depict a two-story Garrison Colonial Revival-style house with a wood shingle saltbox roof and a clapboard exterior. House has living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, lavatory, covered porch, three bedrooms, one bathroom, and an attached one-car garage.
