Description

Set of seven architectural drawings of house for Lady Coote in Weston, Massachusetts (commission #1302) including four elevations, two plans, and one cross section. No drawings are signed or dated. Index card file of commssions noted this as being abandoned.

Drawings depict a 28' x 24' two-story cottage with a board and batten exterior. Cottage has living room with fireplace, dining room, kichen, lavatory, one bedroom, one bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the living room.
