Set of sixteen architectural drawings of house for Harry V. Keefe in Brighton, Massachusetts (commission #275 including four elevations, four plans, two framing plans, and one detail. Several drawings are dated; some are signed "R B W." A plot plan of the property dated 1926 by architect William Chapman is also present.
Drawings depict a two-story Colonial Revival-style house with slate roof and brick exterior. House has vestibule, living room with fireplace, dining room, study, breakfast nook, kitchen, covered porch, lavatory, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Two maid's room and one bathroom are shown in the attic.
