Set of thirteen architectural drawings of house for E. D. Wallace in Newton Highlands, Massachusetts (commission #324) including six elevations, three plans, two framing plans, one plot plan, and one detail. One drawing is signed "R B WIlls"; one is misdated 1922.
Drawings depict a two-story Cape Cod-style house with three front dormers, a slate roof, and a clapboard and flush board exterior. House has living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, breakfast room, lavatory, covered porch, two bedrooms, sewing room, one bathroom, and attached two-car garage.
