Description

Set of six architectural drawings of house for E. B. Sweed in Medford, Massachusetts (commission #1116) including three elevations and three plans. All drawings are signed by Robert E. Minot; no drawings are signed.

Drawings depict a two-story Cape Cod-style house with two front dormers and a clapboard and flush board exterior. House has living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, eating nook, lavatory, three bedrooms (one with fireplace), one bathroom, and an attached one-car garage. A playroom with fireplace is on the basement level.
