Description

Set of forty-two architectural drawings for Mr. and Mrs. Dwight C. Arnold in Wellesley, Massachusetts (commission #1784) including four elevations, three plans, thirty-three detail drawings, one plot plan, and one rendering. Most drawings are signed and dated by Ken Duprey, David Guild Dethlefs, Robert Minot, John Howard, and Walter Pratt.

Two-story Colonial with two car garage, and a cedar shingle roof with brick and flushboard exterior.

Basement has a play room.

First floor has a living room with a fireplace, dining room, kitchen, pantry, two lavatories, and a covered porch with a vestibule

Second floor has a maid's room, bathroom, three bedrooms, dressing rooms, a sun deck, and three baths.
