Set of twelve architectural drawings of house for Thomas S. Buchanan in Sharon, Connecticut (commission #822) including three elevations, three plans, and six details. Most drawings are dated and signed by Robert E. Minot.
Drawings depict a two-story Colonial Revival-style house with two dormers, a cedar roof, and a clapboard exterior. House has living room with fireplace, library with fireplace, dining room with fireplace, kitchen, pantry, lavatory, two maid's rooms and one maid's bathroom, four bedrooms, two dressing rooms, sewing room, and three bathrooms. A two-car garage is on the basement level.
