Drawings depict a two-story Cape Cod-style house with two front dormers, wood roof, and shingle exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, breakfast room, covered porch, lavatory, three bedrooms, studio, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. A maid's room, bathroom, and sitting room are on the basement level.
