Drawings depict a two-story Colonial Revival-style house with three front dormers, a slate roof, and a whitewashed brick, clapboard, and flush board exterior. House has living room with fireplace, study with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, lavatory, maid's room and bathroom, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage.
