Set of twenty-six architectural drawings of house for Mr. and Mrs. William M. Tetrick in Wellesley, Massachusetts (commission #1132) including four elevations, three plans, two plot plans, and seventeen details. Most drawings are signed and dated by Ken Duprey or Robert E. Minot. One plot plan was made by Rowland H. Barnes & Co., Civil Engineers, of Waltham and Newton, Massachusetts.

Drawings depict a one-story house with a vestibule, living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, covered breezeway, maid's room and bathroom, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. The basement level has a playroom with fireplace, hobby room, and bathroom.
