Set of six architectural drawings of house for Thomas W. Chesterton in Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts (commission #873) including three elevations and three plans. Several drawings are dated; all are signed by Robert E. Minot. Maurice A. Dunlavy was the builder.
Drawings depict a two-story Colonial Revival-style house with a one-story wing and a brick, clapboard, and flush board exterior. House has living room with fireplace, study with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, pantry, breakfast room, lavatory, covered porch, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. A playroom with fireplace is on the basement level. Plans also show possible additional bedroom and bathroom on the second floor.
