Set of fifteen architectural drawings of house for Dr. and Mrs. Thomas V. Urmy in Williamstown, Massachusetts (commission #1348) including four elevations, two plans, one plot plan, one rendering, and seven details. Most drawings are dated and signed by Royal Barry Wills, Merton S. Barrows, Cluade H. Miquelle, or Warren J. Rhoter.
Drawings depict a two-level house with an asphalt shingle roof and a clapboard, shingle and flush board exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. A recreation room with fireplace and a one-car garage are on the lower level.
