Drawings depict a two-story Colonial Revival-style house with an asphalt shingle roof and a clapboard and flush board exterior. House has vestibule, living room with fireplace, study with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, eating area, lavatory, covered porch, maid's room and bathroom, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage.
