Set of twenty-two architectural drawings of house for John A. Celler in Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts (commission #580) including nine elevations, nine plans, one plot plan, one original presentation rendering, and one detail. No drawings are signed; rendering is signed "Royal Barry Wills." Three sets of variations are present.
Drawings depict a one-story stone house with a two-story square tower and a slate roof. House has a living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, two maid's rooms and one maid's bathroom, two bedrooms, and one bathroom. A playroom with fireplace, bar, lavatory, workshop, and two-car garage are on the basement level.
