Set of sixteen architectural drawings of house developed by Royal Barry Wills in Melrose, Massachusetts (commission #675) including five elevations, five plans, two plot plans, one cross section, and three sketches. Most drawings are dated; several drawings are signed by Royal Barry Wills or Nathaniel Perry Tufts.
Drawings depict a one-story Tudor Revival-style house with a brick exterior. House has vestibule, living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms (one in attic), and one bathroom. A one-car garage is on the basement level.
