Set of five architectural drawings of house for developer I. Alan Balfour in Cape Cottage, Maine (commission #1498-A) including three elevations and two plans. Most drawings are signed by Richard Wills; no drawings are dated. Design is a modification of commission #1498.
Drawings depict a two-story Cape Cod-style house with a saltbox garage and a clapboard and flush board exterior. House has living room with fireplace, dining room, covered porch, kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached one-car garage.
