Set of twelve architectural drawings of house for builder Nils S. Eng in Newton, Massachusetts (commission #200) including five elevations, three plans, two framing plans, plot plan, and one detail. Drawings are in pencil on trace. No drawings are dated or signed.
Drawings depict a two-story Tudor Revival-style house with a slate roof and a brick and rough board exterior. House has living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, pantry, breakfast room, maid's room and bathroom, sunroom, covered porch, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a dressing room. A two-car detached garage is also shown.
