Drawings depict a two-story Colonial Revival-style house with a brick exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, sunroom or study, dining room, kitchen, pantry, maid's room and bathroom, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. A playroom and two-car garage are on the basement level.
