Description

Set of six architectural drawings of house for builder Maurice A. Dunlavy in Wellesley HIlls, Massachusetts (commission #669) including three elevations and three plans. All drawings are dated; some drawings are signed by Nathaniel Perry Tufts.

Drawings depict a two-story Georgian Revival-style house with a one-story wing, a slate hip roof, and a flush board exterior. House has living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, breakfast room, lavatory, covered porch, maid's room and bathroom, four bedrooms, dressing room, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. A recreation room with fireplace is on the basement level.
