Description

Set of eleven architectural drawings of house for builder Maurice A. Dunlavy in Brookline, Massachusetts (commission #165-F) including four elevations, four plans, two framing plans, and plot plan. Drawings are in pencil on trace. No drawings are dated or signed. House was built for developer Walter H. Haker.

Drawings depict a two-story Colonial Revival-style Garrison house with a slate saltbox roof and a brick and clapboard exterior. House has living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, pantry, lavatory, covered porch, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a detached garage. One plan shows a possible additional bedroom and bathroom in attic.
