Drawings depict a two-story saltbox Colonial Revival-style house with an asphalt shingle roof and a clapboard and shingle exterior. House has living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, covered porch, maid's room, lavatory, two bedrooms, dressing room, and two bathrooms. A one-car garage, lavatory, and recreation room with fireplace are on the basement level.
