Description

Set of thirteen architectural drawings of "expansible" model house for McCall's Magazine (commission #1159) including four elevations, four plans, one plot plan, two renderings, one furniture layout, and one detail. Most drawings are dated and signed by Royal Barry Wills or Leon Keach.

Drawings depict a one-story house with an asphalt shingle roof, and a batten and clapboard exterior which can be built in two phases. Phase one includes living room with fireplace, dining area, kitchen, tool shed, one bedroom, and one bathroom. Phase two includes two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a one-car garage.
