Set of ten architectural drawings of house for builder Chester S. Patten at an unidentified location (commission #392) including four elevations, three plans, and three details. One drawing is dated; no drawings are signed.
Drawings depict a two-story Tudor Revival-style house with a slate roof and a brick and rough board exterior. House has living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, eating nook, lavatory, covered porch, three bedrooms, maid's room, two bathrooms, and a sewing room. A recreation room with fireplace is on the basement level.
