Merrill in Cohasset, Massachusetts (commission #1794) including three elevations, three plans, one heating plan, one framing plan, two topographical and plot plans, ten details, and three renderings. Most drawings are signed and dated by Richard Wills and Warren Rhoter.

Two level Cape Cod with a salt box, two car garage; an asphalt shingle roof, and a clapboard exterior.

Lower level has a family room with a fireplace, shop, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Upper level has a living room with a fireplace, kitchen with fireplace and girlle, lavatory, dining room, greenhouse, bedroom, bathroom, and a covered porch.
