Description

Set of eight architectural drawings of house for a client named DeRico in Quincy, Massachusetts (commission #342) including four elevations and four plans. Several drawings are dated and signed "R B Wills" or "R B W."

Drawings depict a two-story Tudor Revival-style house with a tower, slate roof, and brick exterior. House has vestibule, living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, pantry, breakfast room, lavatory, covered porch, four bedrooms, sewing room, and two bathrooms.
