Two projects are included in commission #566. The first is a set of sixteen architectural drawings for alterations to house for Charles W. Phelan in an unidentified location including five elevations, three plans, one plot plan, and seven details. No drawings are dated; one is signed by Royal Barry Wills. Alterations include wing addition with shooting gallery, study, dining room, bedroom, dressing room, bathroom, and two-car garage.
The second is a set of five architectural drawings for a broadcasting studio in Portland, Maine for Charles W. Phelan operating as Casco Bay Broadcasting Co. and includes two elevations and three plans. No plans are signed or dated. Drawings depict a two-story Colonial Revival-style structure with an asphalt shingle hip roof and a shingle exterior. Building has rehersal room, two studios, control room, eleven offices, two reception rooms, kitchen, lunch room, lavatory, men's and women's rooms, and two operator's quarters.
