Set of eight architectural drawings of house for Mr. and Mrs. A. James Walsh in Topsfield, Massachusetts (commission #1383) including three elevations, one plan, and four details. Most drawings are signed and dated by Robert E. Minot.
Drawings depict a one-story Cape Cod-style house with a wood shingle roof and a clapboard and flush board exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, study, dining room with fireplace, kitchen, lavatory, covered breezeway, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and an attached two-car garage.
