Description

Set of twenty-nine architectural drawings for Mr. and Mrs. E. Doughlas Reddan house in Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts (commission #1755) including three plans, two elevations, two plot plans, one rendering two cross sections, one heating plan, and one electrical plan. Most drawings are signed and dated by Royal Barry Wills, David Guild Dethlefs, and Robert Minot.

Two-story Cape Cod house with a salt box, two car garage and a shake roof with a white washed brick and flush board exterior.

First floor has a living room with fireplace, family room with a fireplace, play room, dining room, kitchen, eating area, three bedrooms, one with a fireplace, two baths, and a dressing room,

2nd floor has four bedrooms and one bathroom.
