Description

Set of thirty-two architectural drawings for Mr. and Mrs. Henry A.Tazelaar in Grand Rapids, Michigan (commission #1687) including seven elevations, seven plans, ten details, three plot plans, four preliminary sketches and one rendering. Most drawings are signed and dated by Ken Duprey or Warren J. Rhoter.

Drawings depict a two storpy extended Cape Cod house with cedar shingle roof with clapboard and flush board exterior.
The first floor of the house has a living room with a fireplace, a study, a dining room, a living room, a kitchen with fireplace and a grill, two lavatories, a covered porch, a two car garage, a bedroom and a bathroom. The second floor of the house has two bedrooms and one bathroom.
