Drawings depict a two-story Garrison Colonial Revival-style house with a clapboard and flush board exterior. House has living room with fireplace, study with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, covered porch, maid's room and bathroom, three bedrooms, dressing room, sewing room, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. A playroom with fireplace is on the basement level.
