Drawings depict a two-story Colonial Revival-style house with a slate roof and a clapboard and sheathing exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, pantry, breakfast room, covered porch, lavatory, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, maid's room and bathroom, and an attached two-car garage. A game room is shown on the basement level.
