Set of sixteen architectural drawings of house for Mr. and Mrs. Joseph V. Rafferty in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts (commission #1262) including four elevations, four plans, one rendering, and seven details. Most drawings are signed and dated by Royal Barry Wills, Ken Duprey, Robert E. Minot, or Warren J. Rhoter.
